קבוצת מדיקל אנטרפרייס נוסדה בשנת 1998 וייעודה המרכזי של החברה היא לפתח ולשווק ציוד רפואי. המוצר המוביל של החברה כיום נקרא ®SYNERGO.
הסינרגו מיועד לטיפול בסרטן שטחי (לא פולשני) של שלפוחית השתן ומבוסס על שילוב של RF עם כימותרפיה. פיתוחו של המכשיר החל עוד בשנת 1988 באירופה. הטיפול ניתן באלפי חולים במעקב ארוך טווח באירופה ובישראל.
בנוסף ליצור והתמיכה הטכנית והרפואית בטכנולוגיית הסינרגו, מפתחת החברה במעבדותיה ציוד רפואי טיפולי חדשני המעניק יתרון לחולים ולמערכת הבריאות. חשיבותם של פיתוחים אלו הוא בהיותם פחות פולשניים מהטיפולים הקיימים, ויכולים להתבצע במסגרת מרפאת אשפוז יום.
